Please note that the conference registration deadline is October 1, 2014. After this deadline, registrations can only be accepted on-site. Refunds prior to October 1, 2014 will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Unfortunately, there can be no refunds after October 1, 2014.

The ASDA Conference Room Rates* are $289 (USD) per single/double occupancy with a maximum occupancy of four per room.

* Please note that these special convention rates are available only on October 20-26, 2014 and are based on availability.

Reservation requests must be received by September 27, 2014. All requests received after this date will be based on the prevailing room rate and space available. All reservation requests must be accompanied by a check for two nights deposit or a credit card number provided for guarantee. All guaranteed reservations will be charged two nights if not canceled 7 days prior to arrival. Automatic service charges will be applied of 15.5% Local and Occupancy Room tax.
